Dr. Veronica Morris
Principal Dentist / Owner
Dr Veronica Morris has been qualified for over 40 years and specialises in restorative dentistry. She qualified in Manchester in 1984 and worked in Belgravia and Knightsbridge before setting up her own practice in 2004. Dr Morris works with a multidisciplinary team at Smile NW Dental Practice to restore the whole mouth. She works closely with Leonard, her technician from Dental Design Studio.
Dr. Veronica Morris has also combined her busy clinical practice with charity work. As a direct result of her professional and charity work, Dr. Morris was nominated with 300 other women for the ‘Women of the Year Awards 2002′.
She was also very proud that Smile NW dental practice was nominated for ‘Best new practice 2004 by Independent Dentistry Magazine.

Dr. Robina Jan
She has worked extensively with patients and their families over the years to provide high quality dentistry in a caring & helpful manner with a passion to provide patients with creative, beautiful and effective treatments that are comfortable as well as great value.
Dr Robina Jan is fully trained in Advanced Facial Aesthetic treatments. These are ideal for those patients who wish to feel more confident or are worried about looking older than they actually feel.

Dr Morvarid Simiab

Dr. Morvarid Simiab
MSc 1996 (Master’s degree in Health Sciences),
MSc 1996(Master’s degree in Dental Sciences), DDS 2002 (Specialist in Orthodontics) from Copenhagen Dental School – Denmark .Dr. Simiab is registered on GDC’s list of Specialist in Orthodontics and is a member of the British Dental
Association, the European Orthodontic Society and the World Federation of Orthodontists, attending their conferences and seminars regularly.
Following her qualifications in 1996, Dr. Simiab worked for 3 years as general dentist treating both children and adults. She then underwent postgraduate specialist training in Orthodontics and since her qualification in 2002 has been practicing in the UK and Denmark. She has been lecturing in Copenhagen Dental School for over 15 years.

Dr. Duncan Grant

Dr. Duncan Grant B.Ch.D has a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment). He uses the most advanced techniques and instruments available for his work to achieve excellent results.
Dr. Duncan Grant graduated from Leeds in 1987, with distinction in Clinical Dental Surgery and received the “Leign Gold Medal in Dentistry.” Due to his exceptional experience in endodontics, Dr. Grant is responsible for all root canal related work and is a key member of the team at Smile NW London Dental Practice.
Dr Marianne Henien
Specialist Oral Surgeon
Marianne qualified from Barts and the London, School of Medicine and Dentistry in July 2012. She went on to undertake her dental foundation and core training in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery in a number of London hospitals including UCLH, Eastman Dental and Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital.
Marianne has always had a keen interest in surgery, and entered into specialist training in Oral Surgery at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital in 2016 which she successfully completed in 2019 and gained specialist registration on the Oral Surgery list. She continues to work there as a specialist Oral Surgeon.
Marianne has a high level of clinical expertise and delivers the full range of routine oral surgical procedures including dental extractions, wisdom tooth surgery, oral surgery related to orthodontics, apicectomy, cyst removal and osteonecrosis of the jaw. One of her specialist areas is the management of patients with Temporomandibular Disorders. Marianne has dedicated her service and research towards the multidisciplinary management of TMD, for which she has set up a tertiary service.

Rabia Belkadi

Rabia graduated in the Netherlands and has worked in dentistry for over 11 years abroad and in London. She has a strong interest in treating gingivitis and periodontitis and guiding the patient within this process. She is very dedicated to the dental health care profession and is always making sure all of her patients feel comfortable. Registered Dental Hygienist, Bachelor of Health. Netherlands 2010.
Besides being a dental hygienist Rabia is also a mother of two and has a very creative side including her big passion for photography.
Dr. Adrian Colesnic
Dr. Adrian Colesnic is able to carry out diagnostics, non-surgical and surgical periodontics (including bone regeneration), crown lengthening, and mucogingival treatments. He is a compassionate dentist and aims to provide a comfortable and calm environment for his patients.
He has expertise in the following areas:

- Cosmetic dentistry
Dr. Adrian Colesnic gained his dental degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova, Romania. During this time, he developed a particular interest in gingival treatments and went on to train for 3 years at the University Carol Davila on the periodontics postgraduate programme, graduating in 2018.
He is dedicated to his continued professional development and attends courses and workshops to learn about the latest breakthroughs in the dental industry.
Charlotte Carling

Charlotte qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Guys Hospital in 1990 and then subsequently qualified as a Dental Therapist from Bristol University in 2011, originally having trained as a Dental Nurse. Charlotte is currently studying for an MSc in Dental Hygiene from University College London and Eastman Hospital.
She has a wealth of clinical experience having worked both in the UK and abroad, including as the Lead Hygienist in the Armed Forces Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and then as Emirates Airline first Hygienist in Dubai. These diverse setting have enabled her to collaboratively work with colleagues globally. Charlotte has jointly owned a private practice in the West End and is now working in a busy specialist practice in Harley Street, London.
Ruth Morrison
Dental Hygienist & Therapist
Ruth Morrison gained a joint qualification in Dental Hygiene & Therapy from Barts & the London School of Dentistry in 2010 and has since worked for several practices throughout London.
Ruth Morrison has a special interest in the preventative aspect of dentistry and is passionate about helping her patients maintain their oral health in a pain free manner. She regularly attends courses to further her scope of practice and keep her up to date with current developments in the field of dentistry.
Ruth Morrison has a thorough, yet gentle approach, and likes to ensure that her patients have a comfortable experience in a relaxed atmosphere. She has a friendly and approachable demeanour. Her focus, as a hygienist, is providing quality care and educating patients how to maintain their oral health during various stages of periodontal disease.
Ruth Morrison also has a wealth of experience in paediatric dentistry as a dental therapist as well as postgraduate qualifications in dental aesthetics, Invisalign maintenance and tooth whitening.
Outside of dentistry, Ruth Morrison is kept busy with her husband and two small children. She loves to stay active through cycling, the gym, boxing, rock climbing and skiing. She is a keen music fan and loves to travel. Ruth Morrison is very keen to help support dental charities abroad once her children are slightly older such as Dentaid and Smile Train and has a special interest in supporting cleft palate charities abroad in areas where treatment is not as accessible.

Mark Lynch has been a specialist orthodontist(UK reg) since 2004 and enjoys all aspects of orthodontics including fixed,removeable and alligner treatments.
He estimates that over the 20 years he has bonded up 12,000 cases approximately. In his spare time he is in a cycle club and cycles across Europe.He is also passionate about his charity Project Le Monde which builds schools in Uganda.
Our Story
Smile NW Dental Practice was set up by Dr Veronica Morris in 2004, bringing Harley Street to Temple Fortune. She set up a multi-disiplinary practice to include an orthodontist, hygienist, maxillofacial surgeon, dentist specialising in root canal and a dentist practicing facial aesthetics. She wanted the practice be open on weekends for patients who could not come during the week. Smile NW has a dentist and orthodontist available on a Sunday. Smile NW Dental Practice was nominated by the private dentistry award for best new practice in 2004. We are using the most up to date equipment in the practice, such as, digital xrays and a new Guided Biofilm Therapy machine for dental hygienes for your comfort.
