• Know the signs: Ulcers, lumps, red or white patches that don’t heal within three weeks should never be ignored.
• Cut your risk: Smoking, heavy drinking, and HPV infection are the main risk factors. Quitting smoking and moderating alcohol can greatly reduce your chances of developing mouth cancer.
